I invite you to take a moment today to close your eyes, go inward, and focus your attention on your breath, as it enters through your nose, passes through your chest and reaches your belly ...

And feel that moment, just before exhaling the air ... and what does it feels like to exhale? consciously release the air ... feel everything, stop so you can feel your breath ... and how does your whole body feels when you allow yourself to stop and breath? Please, focus all your attention in your breathing? ...

Do you feel renewed? Present? Calmer? silent?

Breathing is one of the most important techniques to begin to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, stop negative or destructive thought patterns and to discover meditation, among many other benefits.
