The Mystic Rose

Let laughter, tears, and silence transform your life forever.

The symbol of this meditation is that if a man takes care of the seed he is born with and gives it the right soil, gives it the right atmosphere and the right vibrations and moves on the right path, where the seed can start growing, then, the ultimate growth is symbolized as the Mystic Rose: when you begin to blossom and open all your petals and release your beautiful fragrance. 
For 21 days, laugh for 3 hours a day for 7 days, 
Cry for 3 hours a day for 7 days,
and then Sit Silently, for 3 hours a day for 7 days.

 During the first week, you will be surprised how laughter will clear so many layers of dust that have gathered upon your being. It will cut away repressions and inhibitions of the past. 
After the laughter, we will dive into the sadness, despair, anxiety, and tears that are covering your beauty and grace. 
In the third week, the witness simply opens a new sky... For seven days you experience simply clarity. While you sit and watch, you cannot conceive how much transformation can come to your being. 

No Mind

"No mind means intelligence. Mind means gibberish, not intelligence, and when I am asking you for gibberish, I am simply asking you to throw out the mind and all its activity so you remain behind- pure, clean, transparent, perceptive".   Osho

This is a 7 days workshop, 2 hours a day.

It is divided into two parts:

Gibberish, for one hour, no spoken language, just nonsense with absolute awareness so that you become the center of the cyclone.

In the second hour,  the chaos has gone and has taken you away also.

The Buddha has taken its place in, you are at rest, relaxed, with no effort.

Each individual is different, so in our workshops, we offer a variety of meditation techniques. This gives you the best opportunity to experience how personal transformation happens when you explore your own inner world.

 It’s easy to experience silence and peace in a monastery, or alone in the mountains, but the real challenge is to bring this experience into your daily life.

This delicate art of “meditating in the marketplace” is a key component of our approach.

Our endeavor is for each participant to leave the workshop with useful, practical tools and techniques to use meditation in daily life

Each workshop is unique and is designed for the individual or group that is participating. An intensive meditation workshop can range from a one-day event to a ten-day residential retreat, depending on the requirements of the participants.
